Our pricing is as follows:

Regular cleaning:

Studio/1BR: $75 per visit (living-room and Kitchen included)

2BR/2BA: $100 per visit (living-room and Kitchen included)

3BR/2BA: $125 per visit (living-room and Kitchen included)

4BR/3BA: $150 per visit (living-room and Kitchen included)

Deep cleaning:

Studio/1BR: $150 (living-room and Kitchen included)

2BR/2BA: $200 (living-room and Kitchen included)

3BR/2BA: $250 (living-room and Kitchen included)

4BR/3BA: $300 (living-room and Kitchen included)

Move-in/out cleaning:

Studio/1BR: $200 (living-room and Kitchen included)

2BR/2BA: $250 (living-room and Kitchen included)

3BR/2BA: $300 (living-room and Kitchen included)

4BR/3BA: $350 (living-room and Kitchen included)

Post-construction cleaning: this will be TBA

$0.30 per sq. ft.

Window cleaning:

$8 per window

Carpet cleaning:

$0.25 per sq. ft.

All prices are subject to change based on the condition of the space and the specific requirements of the job. We offer discounts for recurring services and bundle packages.

In addition to our standard services, we will also offer the following extras:

Refrigerator cleaning: $30

Oven cleaning: $30

Cabinet cleaning: $25

Laundry: $25 per load

Appliances ( Oven, microwave, running dishes in dishwasher): $25 per load

Pets at home $30
